Single Sign-On Through OneHealthPort is Changing
What’s changing?
Starting mid-January, Premera will no longer use OneHealthPort for single sign-on (SSO) access to Premera.com secure provider tools. The only remaining tools on the MyPremera secure provider dashboard include the PCP roster tool and the electronic funds transfer (EFT) dashboard. Providers will simply use their Availity user ID and password to access these two tools. Note: As of November, our payment policies no longer require a secure sign-in.
Beginning mid-January 2025, you’ll notice a change when you go to the SSO Landing | OneHealthPort landing page. Some of our Premera and affiliate plans that are only served through Availity will no longer display on the page. Only our Individual plan logos will remain.
What’s not changing?
We’ll continue to support our Individual plans (via Evolent) through OneHealthPort SSO. Important: For access to our secure tools for our non-Individual commercial plans, sign in to Availity using your Availity credentials.
