Refer Patients to In-Network Providers


To help our members reduce out-of-pocket costs and get the most out of their benefits, it’s important to refer them to in-network specialists, durable medical equipment providers, and laboratories whenever clinically appropriate.

Your patients can find in-network providers by checking our Find a Doctor tool or by calling the customer service number on the back of their ID card. If your patient needs services that aren’t available from an in-network provider, our customer service team is just a phone call away and happy to help.
