2024 Annual Provider Survey–Give Us Your Feedback!

Premera is investing in new tools and capabilities, and we’d like to hear your candid feedback in our annual provider survey. We’re conducting this survey to gather feedback and understanding about your current experiences, preferences, and level of satisfaction.

 Your survey response is important for 3 reasons:

• Ensures that you and your staff are aware of our variety of available networks.
• Helps us learn how we can better serve and communicate with you.
• Identifies areas that have room for improvement.
